Jeff Piper

Jeffrey enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1989 and was deployed for Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm
1990 – 1991 and Operation Restore Hope in Somalia 1992 – 1993. Jeffrey started at the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office in
October 2007 achieving the rank of Detective as a member of the Crime Scene Unit. Jeffrey is an avid fisherman
targeting mainly bass but enjoying fishing for multiple species. Jeffrey was introduced to Time of the Water in 2020,
became a guide for the organization in 2021, and became a board member in February 2024.
